These are 7 units of terrace- styled rooms with ensuite bath.  They commonly share a dedicated swimming pool, which overlooks majestic views of Banjaran Titiwangsa.  

Each unit is sized at 180 sq ft per room and sleeps 3 pax.  Similar to the villas, it features a double-decked bed with queen bottom and single on top.
