Cooking / Food

Each villa has a kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave and hot / cold water dispenser.  For safety and comfort reasons, we do not allow any sort of cooking to be done in the villas.  Any form of cooking can be done outside the villas with own portable gas stove only.

There is a full set of plates, bowls, mugs and cutleries in each villa, according to designated number of pax.

Each villa has its own bbq pit.  There is no extra charge at all.  It is totally private and meant for guests of that particular villa only.  Chalet units do not have BBQ facilities, due to safety reasons.

Just your own marinated food. We provide as much charcoal as you need, hand fan and all tools necessary.  For a small tip to the staff, they will even assist you in lighting up the fire.  For a fixed fee, they will even do the cooking for you.

Most certainly.  There will be a menu and number to call / message in your villa.  Food will be delivered to your villa accordingly.  No additional delivery charges.  Note that café operating hours starts 12pm on weekdays and 9am on weekends.  Last order is 9pm.  Closed on Mondays.

Yes.  All other outside food is allowed.

 No.  As we are located in the kampung, we must respect our surroundings.

Yes, we do, according to allocated sleeping spaces in each villa / chalet.  For additional towels, we rent at RM5 a piece in case you need extra.  Payable upon delivery / check out

 Each room has a queen bed, a single bed and one spare mattress for villas Farina and Fahima.  For villas Fariq and Khatijah, you have 2 spare mattresses.  We do not have any extra beddings, pillows, blankets, linens beyond this.

All villas are equipped with iron and board.

The concept of 82 Rening is to spend quality time with family and friends.  So no, we do not provide wifi, TV or karaoke.

However, all telco lines receive good signals here.

Activities

On Our property, you can enjoy the swimming pool, playground, gym and ping pong.  We also have mountain bikes and archery (all equipment and basic lesson provided).  There is also a 9-hole mini golf course at the café where you can enjoy a round (putter, ball and scorecard provided).

Off our property, the locality is a eco-tourism gem.  Within a 2km radius, there are rivers, picnic spots, hiking, ATV rides, waterfall, fishing ponds, hot springs, bike trails and more.  There are charges for these, according to the respective places.  For the best picnic spots, bookings are required and we can arrange this for you.  

The town of Batang Kali and its surroundings also holds many attractions for food lovers and shoppers.  Genting Highlands is a mere 25 minutes away.

Access

82 Rening can be found using waze and Google maps.  It is situated in kampung Ulu Rening, in  Batang Kali – about an hour’s drive from KL.  Access to us is easy as it is just beside a tarred dual-carriage road (no 4-wheel drive vehicles required).

The property has a large main car park that can accommodate around 20 cars at one time.  It is located about 20 meters only from villas Fariq, Farina and Fahima.  We have a buggy and staff that will assist you in transporting bags and guests to each villa during check in and check out.

Villa Khatijah and Villa Salleh have their own private entrances and parking.  Upon check in, our staff will guide you all the way to the villa.  Parking here can accommodate about 10 cars and is located right beside the villa.

Due to our natural terrain, Villa Fariq, Farina and Fahima require maneuvering stairs. The Chalet units have quite a narrow passage space. Only Villa Salleh and Villa Khatijah has full wheelchair access and ground floor rooms.

Terms for booking(s) and payment

Bookings are only done via Whatsapp number of owner (provided on button).  No other agent / Airbnb / booking pages are authorized to conduct bookings.

Booking schedule is fully under the control of property owner and can be requested via Whatsapp for booking date consideration.

A non-refundable deposit of RM200 is required for bookings.  This amount will be deducted from the full payment which is to be paid 2 weeks ahead of stay date.  Payment for bookings are to be made to CIMB 8009468578 Rening Resorts Sdn. Bhd.  Only once full payment has been made is a booking truly secure.

Rening Resorts Sdn Bhd (the company) reserves the right to refuse / cancel bookings should the terms above are not met accordingly.
